Postgraduate student accommodation at University House

University House is welcoming applications for postgraduate accommodation for the remainder of 2026 and 2027, offering students the opportunity to live in one of the Australian National University’s most distinctive residential settings.

Following an extensive restoration, University House has reopened with 60 postgraduate accommodation rooms, combining contemporary facilities with the building’s heritage character.

Located on the ANU campus, University House has long been connected to the University’s academic and postgraduate community.

Residents have access to self-catered accommodation, shared kitchen and laundry facilities, study spaces and landscaped gardens. With Fellows Café, the University House Library, and other nearby campus facilities, residents can enjoy a convenient environment during their postgraduate studies.

Accommodation options include standard, larger, and accessible rooms; more information on room types, costs, and occupancy arrangements is available on the ANU accommodation website.

Whether commencing postgraduate coursework or undertaking a research degree, prospective residents are encouraged to explore University House as their home at ANU.
