Symposium is a wine bar in the heart of the ANU Kambri Precinct, located on University Avenue, with elegant indoor and sunny outdoor settings, perfect for enjoying good wine and great company, or just a quiet moment.
Our sommelier has curated an impressive range of interesting wines to suit every occasion and taste. Symposium showcases wines made by women winemakers from across Australia, boutique varieties, and organic and natural wines.
Our chefs are sourcing local produce to create an exciting menu of small plates and platters to complement our wine list. Our seasonal lunch menu features a daily special variety of heart-warming soups and gourmet sandwiches, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Wine tastings can be arranged for groups, please call in advance to book.

Catering services are exclusively available on-site at Symposium, with limited options for off-site catering.
For off-site services, we offer meal packages that include serviced canapés and drinks, beverage packages, cold lunches, and platters. Please note that tea and coffee services are not available for off-site catering.
We provide bespoke packages tailored to your specific needs.
Symposium can be booked for dinner or private events. A minimum number of guests is required for executive use. Please note that advance notice and a deposit are necessary for booking confirmation.
