Symposium by University House, opened in April and is a new wine bar in the heart of the ANU Kambri Precinct, located on University Avenue, with elegant indoor and sunny outdoor settings, perfect for enjoying good wine and great company, or just a quiet moment.
Our sommelier has curated an impressive range of interesting wines to suit every occasion and taste. Symposium showcases wines made by women winemakers from across Australia, boutique varieties, and organic and natural wines.
Our chefs are sourcing local produce to create an exciting menu of share plates and platters to complement our wine list.
The Symposium team looks forward to welcoming you, Tuesdays – Fridays 12 – 7:30pm, and occasionally later in the evenings for special events..
