Poetry at the House: Judith Beveridge and Michelle Cahill

Please set aside Wed Dec 14 at 8pm for the next reading. It will feature Judith Beveridge and Michelle Cahill, both from Sydney.

Judith Beveridge is the author of six collections of poetry. She is currently working on her New and Selected Poems to be published by Giramondo in 2017. She teaches poetry at postgraduate level at the University of Sydney.

Michelle Cahill‘s poetry collections are The Accidental CageVishvarupa and Night Birds.The Herring Lass is forthcoming with Arc, UK. She is Writer-In-Residence at Kingston University and a Visiting Scholar in Creative Writing at UNC Charlotte. Michelle has also won the Hilary Mantel Short Story Prize and was shortlisted in the ABR Elizabeth Jolley Prize. She edits Mascara and co-edited Contemporary Asian Australian Poet

Admission$10 waged, $5 unwaged.
Reading starts at 8 pm.
Meals are available in its Fellows Bar and Cafe from 6.30 pm.
