Lisa Brockwell lives on a rural property near Byron Bay, Australia, with her husband and young son. She was runner-up in the University of Canberra Vice-Chancellor’s International Poetry Prize in 2015. Mark O’Connor has published thirteen books of verse and is the editor of O.U.P.’s often re-printed Two Centuries of Australian Poetry. He has also published prose books on the environment and books of literary criticism. He has recently translated three plays by Shakespeare into contemporary English verse.
K A Nelson won the Overland’s Judith Wright Poetry Prize in 2010 and the NT Writers Centre Poetry Prize in 2014. Her poems have been published in Best Australian Poems 2015, the Canberra poets’ anthology, The House is not Quiet and the World is Not Calm and the Canberra Times.
